                Sue Thomas
As a young child Sue Thomas suddenly lost her hearing. In a time
when most deaf children were institutionalized, Sue's parent refused
to allow Sue to be treated differently. Following thousands of
hours of special training, Sue successfully learned how to speak
and lip read well enough to attend a regular public school with
her peers. Sue would sit in the front row of her classrooms so
she could see the teacher's lips. To escape from the ridicule
of some of her fellow classmates, Sue spent time at a near by
skating rink and at the age of seven she became the youngest Ohio
State Champion Free-Styling skater in skating History.
              In 1976 she earned
her Bachelors Degree and went on to graduate studies. All her
hard work paid off when she was hired by the Federal Bureau of
Investigation in Washington D.C. and before long became undercover
surveillance for the FBI. Now as part of PAX TV's fall series
line up a new Drama series begins on Sunday evening, October 13th
called "Sue Thomas F.B.EYE." E-Y-E based on Sue Thomas'
true-life story. Sue is an amazing individual and a living example
of what one person can do with the help of God and a determined
                spirit.
